Orders

By placing an order on Prizt you agree to pay for the products you purchase. Once an order is placed, we begin production and dispatch it within 1–2 business days.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all applicable taxes.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on every Indian order, with no minimum order and no extra charge. Nothing is paid online upfront — you pay the full order amount in cash when your order is delivered. Custom prints are prepaid only and not available on COD.

Custom prints

Custom photo prints are produced to your specifications, so they are not available on COD and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a custom print arrives damaged, we replace it free of charge. See our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
